These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Safenetil Ltd, a private company registered under company number 245823, with its registered office at Suite 102, Aarti Chambers, Mont Fleuri, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles ("Safenetil", "we", "us", or "our").
By signing up and using the Safenetil platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Safenetil provides cloud storage solutions allowing users to securely upload, store, and access their files online. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of their plan.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
Each account is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
When using our services, you agree not to:
Upload, store, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or malicious (including malware, spyware, or viruses).
Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data through hacking, scraping, or similar means.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in an abusive or excessive manner.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
We use industry-standard encryption technologies and secure protocols to protect your stored data.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the files you upload to Safenetil.
We do not access, monitor, or disclose your files unless required to do so by law or with your explicit consent.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
We are not liable for any loss of access, data, or revenue resulting from service unavailability.

Safenetil offers both free and paid plans, each with different features and limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as per your selection.
We accept multiple secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Refunds for billing errors or outages may be provided at our discretion.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds are available to all customers, for any reason.
To request a refund, simply contact us at support@safenetil.cc.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].
No questions asked, no issues — if you request a refund within the 30-day period, you will receive it.
You may delete your account anytime from your profile settings.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform integrity.
Terminated accounts may result in permanent data deletion without recovery.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or revenue.
Unauthorized access, regardless of cause, is not our responsibility.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
All legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Seychelles courts.
